Outreach and Societal Impact

Given the relevance of this global ecological research for understanding and combating global biodiversity loss, poverty and climate change, we are actively engaged with a wide range of international NGOs, conservation organizations and consortiums that aim to address these major global threats. This form of outreach is strongly encouraged in our group because it is valuable for the environmental community to learn the most up to date ecological information, and it provides a valuable way for us to gain perspective in our research.
